Rita & Edgar - Owners

As partners in business and in life, Rita and Edgar bring to the table a wealth of creative experience, a positive attitude, humor, and a true desire to make a difference. Embracing the great community of Ormond Beach, Florida, as their home base, they have more than 40 years of combined experience ranging from breaking ground to the finished design.

This highly capable team welcomes the opportunity to work with discerning clients — personable, engaging individuals who are open to new ideas, have the willingness to trust the creative process and the means to implement our shared vision.

Both Rita and Edgar are equally passionate in their belief that a beautiful, well-designed environment has a profound impact on the quality of people's lives — fostering peace of mind, creativity, prosperity — and in improving personal relationships. They approach each project with a high level of consciousness and intention that the final result will truly support their clients’ life goals.

Sally Ann Sancto - Interior Designer

Sally Ann Sancto made the move to St. Augustine in 2017, leaving behind a successful design career in Atlanta that spanned over two decades. During her tenure, she collaborated with various builders and catered to an extensive array of clients, from individuals to families, working on diverse projects such as compact condos, lavish estates, commercial spaces, holiday retreats, and even luxurious yachts.



Driven by a fervent dedication to comprehending her clients' desires and requirements, Sally ensures that each project represents a distinctive embodiment of their vision, seamlessly blending practicality, creativity, and an air of refinement. Crafting a distinctive waterfront residence for her own family has granted her a newfound admiration for coastal living and everything it embodies.

Trish Lanteigne - Interior & illustrator Designer

Trish Lanteigne's journey has been defined by a deep passion for design and architecture. Her enthusiasm for creating floorplans and her appreciation for diverse architectural styles led her to pursue a career in interior design. After gaining extensive experience in tourism media communications, she rediscovered her love for design and transitioned back to her true passion. Today, she specializes in producing illustrative floorplans, lifelike 3D renderings, spatial planning, design mood boards, and product sourcing. Her unique style fuses modern organic elements with a captivating coastal influence, and she is excited to collaborate with clients to bring their design visions to life.

Lindsey Seltezer-Adams - Interior Designer

Meet Lindsey Seltezer-Adams, an interior designer whose Ormond Beach upbringing infuses her work with coastal charm and timeless elegance. Drawing from the area's rich heritage and natural beauty, Lindsey crafts spaces that blend sophistication with local flair. From residential retreats to commercial projects, her designs resonate with tradition while embracing modern sensibilities. Rooted in her love for Ormond Beach, Lindsey's work captures the essence of coastal living, creating inspiring environments that uplift the spirit.

Julia Laoun - Junior Designer 

Radiating with enthusiasm, Julia Laoun seeks to ensure aesthetic excellence within every project she takes on. 


She enjoys balancing her contemporary style with unique textures, colors and assorted layers. Although an advocate for subtle sophistication, she loves utilizing eccentric pieces to elevate a space, and believes every house has the potential to become a home, she is excited to help navigate clients as they embark on a new life chapter!
